1. place a broom stick across your shoulders or a light bar.
2. place hands a litter farther than shoulders on the bar or broom stick.
3. feet should be the width of your shoulders. When you think your feet are placed correctly, move them a little more slightly inward.
4. when your ready to squat remember your back should be erect as if you have a steel rod in your spine.
5. try to go as low as possible so that your thighs are in a 90 degree angle but no letting your knees go over your toes.
6. when coming back up be sure to keep your weight in your heels! pushing through both parts of the legs and not leaning to one side more than the other. Dont let your knees buckle inward.
7 Finally squeeze the core and butt when you rise up go as far as thrusting pelvis forward.
8. Breath breath grunt and get the body vocal!
